The City of Decatur has changed it procedure for dock permits to include every member with a slip to sign a Pier Permit Agreement. Members are to read and sign the Agreement and return to the Club. Signed agreements may be emailed to CDYC.manager@gmail.com or sent to CDYC, PO Box 91, Decatur, IL 62523-0091. The Pier Permit form may be downloaded and printed as follows:
